You can provide a list to websites and web-applications for your school's users. This list of static links will be displayed on the user's dashboard in a separate widget Static Links. You can provide specific lists depending on the user's role in the school i.e. for students, teachers, legal guardians and headmasters.

Adding links

To add a link that should be displayed in the widget, click the Add link here link. A new row is added to the table. Enter the name of the website or web-application in the name column and the URL in the second column. Tick the checkbox of the user role to which the link should be displayed. If you do not tick any box, the link won't be displayed to anybody.

Removing links

To remove a link, click the recycle bin at the end of the row of the corresponding link. Confirm that you want to remove the link. The link is deleted.

Reordering links

To put the links in a different order, grab the link at the beginning of the row and drag it to the correct position.
