How to assign roles to your school team
The principal has all school management capabilities per default. However, he/she can assign different roles to the staff, so that one team is responsible for news, another is responsible for managing pictures and so on. The following roles can be assigned:
- Applications
- Affiliations
- Eduportal-Admin
- Features
- Official signatures & dual delivery
- Links
- News
- Photos
Assigning a role
To assign a role, click the edit icon next to the user you would like to assign the role to. You can use the filter buttons above the table or the search function in the upper right corner to find users based on their last name or first name.
Tick all the checkboxes of the roles you would like to assign to the selected user. Then click Save changes in the bottom right corner.
