Single sign on is available for all applications listed in the Applications tile on the Dashboard. This means you are automatically logged in to the corresponding application by clicking on the name of the application in the Applications tile. The available applications depend on your role and the school's configuration.

Set favorites

By default, the first five applications in alphabetical order are always displayed in the Applications tile. You can set a maximum of five favorites to decide which applications should be listed in the tile. Click the Show all button.

Click the star icon next to the application that should always be displayed in the Applications tile.

Favorites

The Application is marked as a favorite and placed at the top of the list. To unmark an application from your favorites, click the star icon again.

Hiding applications

If you want an application to only be available in the Show all modal window, you can hide the application by clicking the eye icon.

Hide application

The application is placed at the end of the list of applications. To unhide the application, click the eye icon again.
