How do I configure Microsoft anti-spam settings?
The delivery of emails from our mail servers might be delayed due to Microsoft spam protection. To solve this problem, Microsoft Office 365 tenant administrators need to whitelist out IP address range 144.65.134.0/24 and the domain bip.gv.at.
Open https://security.microsoft.com/ and log in with your microsoft 365 admin credentials.
Click on Email & collaboration, select the option Policies & rules and open Threat policies.
Check the option Connection filter policy (Default) and click the link Edit connection filter policy.
Enter the IP Address range 144.65.134.0/24 in Always allow messages from the following IP addresses or address range and click Save.
In Email & collaboration > Policies & rules select the option Anti-spam inbound policy (Default).
Scroll to the bottom and click the link Edit allowed and blocked senders and domains.
Select the option Allow domains.
Allow the domain bip.gv.at and click Add domains at the bottom.
