Information on the personal archive
Digitally signed official documents, like school reports, are stored in the personal archive, if they have been placed there by the signing authority. Everybody can access their own documents. Legal guardians can also access the documents of their children.
Only documents signed using the electronic signature in the education portal are saved in the archive. Documents issued before September 2023 are not saved in the archive. Documents are automatically deleted from the archive, once the expiry date has been reached.
Open a document
To open a document, click the Name of the document in the Personal archive tile on the Dashboard or click the Go to archive button to open a list of all the documents in the personal archive.
Click the Open at the end of the corresponding line of the document.
