Activation of user account

Identify

User accounts in the education portal are created based on data of the school administration software. Please enter the same email address that you provided to the school. If you did not provide an email address to the school, please use ID Austria to log in.

If the email address is not found in the education portal:

• Make sure, your school can use the education portal. Please contact your school, to check if your user group can use the education portal.
• Contact your school, to verify that the correct email address has been provided to the school administration software.

Provide Token

An activation token, represented by a string of characters, is sent to your email address. If you did not receive an email with the activation token:

• Please check your spam folder.
• Contact your school, to verify that the correct email address has been provided to the school administration software.
• Contact your school, to make sure, your user account of the education portal is visible to the school.

Choose Account

All persons linked to the provided email address in the school administration software are listed. Select the account, you would like to set up in the education portal. If the account you would like to set up is not listed:

• Contact your school, to verify which email address is linked to the corresponding person in the school administration software.

Set Password

Please enter a secure password that you will remember.
