Attention: You must use the exact username as it was dedicated to you during the user account activation.

How can I reset my password in the education portal?

Send Token

  • Enter your username. The username must exactly match the username given to during the account set up.
  • Click Send Token.

Provide Token

A token, represented by a string of characters, is sent to the email address linked to your account.

  • Enter the token, that was sent to you by email.
  • Click Check Token

If you did not receive an email with the token:

  • Please check your spam folder.
  • Contact your school, to verify that the correct email address has been linked to your account in the school administration software.

Set password

  • Enter your new password.
